Emdot is the best estate agent ever!! 🌟🌟
We saw a house we loved on Saturday morning in our dream location with Rachel, we wanted it but hadn’t sold our house, Rachel was brilliant and explained how they could get us sold to get us in the best possible position for offering. By Sunday afternoon Kate had been round to take photos and put our house up for sale! She worked late into the night on a Sunday to get us online.
On Monday even though most of the staff were attending a funeral they still managed to get us viewings in!
By Wednesday we had got an offer on our house and they had secured us the house we viewed on Saturday.

Every member of the team goes above and beyond. The attention to detail from all of the team is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and caring, nothing is too much trouble. We cannot thank them enough for all they’ve done for us over the last few days.

Kate and the team were amazing all the way through the sale of my property. I was kept up to date with viewings and they organised them around me which was fantastic. When contacting me they would also email if I missed a call due to being at work and I always felt fully in the loop. The whole team at EmDoT were fantastic from start to finish. They had everything in place very quickly and viewings started coming in just as fast. We sold our property within a few days and EmDot did everything they could to support us through that with our Awkward timings due to work etc. through the exchange period they kept us updated at every step and I couldn’t have asked for more. Kate was always brilliant from valuation to close of sale and then Alana was also incredible at chasing keeping everything processing as efficiently as possible.

When we chose to sell a property back in the summer with EmDot I knew that we were in good hands - they immediately stood out from all other estate agents ! In a very difficult market we achieved a sale and were able to move to the property we had chosen. There were lots of hiccups along the way but Kate intervened at all levels to ensure that everything went through. She negotiated the price on the property we were buying, collaborated with all the other estate agents in the chain and the solicitors and followed through right to the day we moved. We were looking to move and had a specific idea of what we needed for our family. Very specific.

EmDot had a property that ticked all the boxes and Rachael saw us the same day to view the property so we didn’t miss out.

Rachael knew everything about the property and the sellers and it was clear that she had done her homework on what they wanted/needed as much as we did. She was informed, but not pushy. Candid - but not hard-sell.

Kate and her team were absolutely fantastic. We brought a house through Emdot in august and due to the pandemic etc we didn't complete until the end of January, so we got to know the team very well. Anyone who has brought or sold a house knows how stressful it can be - let alone during the pandemic but throughout the whole time Kate and Carla kept us up to date and communicated with everyone in the chain going above and beyond the normal expectations of an Estate Agent. Even when I rang 1000s of times asking for updates they were always so helpful and understanding and reassuring. The house we were buying needed renovating and Kate put us in contact with her trusted building contacts who we could not have been without. She has kept in touch throughout the renovation to see how we are getting on and helped along the way.
